The Office of Planning, Design + Construction (PDC) is responsible for the oversight of all planning, design and construction projects on campus. This includes initial project conception consulting, space planning, selection of the design team and design, selection of the contractor, budgeting, construction and project close out. PDC also provides budgeting and schedule information for capital plan and manages the campus master plan process.
